It was founded in October 2003 and started operations in January 2004 to provide comprehensive end-to-end training services to the Philippine office of one of the leading global technology companies. It formed a strategic partnership with this client as the latter’s then primary Training BPO services provider from January 2004 to January 2009.
PrimaryEdge delivered quality, consistent and reliable end-to-end comprehensive training services including, but not limited to the following: training planning and management, training design and development, training delivery, training logistics support, training websites development and maintenance.
During the high growth period of this client, PrimaryEdge operated an 80 member project team to collaborate with client sponsors and competency leads to ensure that aggressive training requirements were met on a timely basis.
Members of the company have moved on to other pursuits and the company is no longer in operation.
